How to Fit Your Bra Correctly
There are 3 little bra elements that make a big difference in bra fitting: Straps:Should lye flat, provide lift and support.Cups: Should have smooth outline, wire chanel rests against the skin. Band: Taut, rest in the middle of back, parallel to front. Good support fits all the way around each breast and keep them from saging. Good coverage where your bust should not be hanging over or out of the front or sides of the bra.Snug enough chestband where it does not dig into your flesh. Underwires should not poke. A properly fitting bra is crucial to your best appaerance and should be comfortable, provide support, and compliment both your figure & clothes. A bra that fits correctly will touch your chest at the sternum and support your bosom at mid-chest without bulges.
If your bra straps slip off your shoulders: there may not be enough tension on the straps. Try tightening the straps, but only if they do not dig into shoulders. If straps dig into your shoulders: straps may be to narrow to support cups, try loosening the straps, but not to loose lift and support.
Your cup is to shallow & your breast spill out: may be wrong cup size or stylr for you, loosen the straps to allow more room in the cup without loosing support or fit. If this doesn't help go up a size, If it's a Demi, try a fuller cup. Cups should not gaps or pucker, band should not be too loose or

6. Maybe it sounds silly, but remember how much fun coloring was when we were kids? Coloring can clear your mind. Drawing is great too.
